CBMK is run by Felipe Forero Mantilla (LLM, Licensed Immigration Adviser). Felipe is a Colombian New Zealander who holds a Bachelor Degree in Law and a Specialisation in Administrative Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia; and also a Master's Degree in Law from Te Whare Wananga o Waikato University in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Felipe has more than 15 years of experience in areas related to human rights, refugee law and immigration law in Colombia and New Zealand. His experience in the social services sector and as a migrant himself has enable to develop an empathetic approach that successfully puts into practice for the benefit of CBMK's clients and their families.
